Welcome to Bayar44. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Bayar44 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Bayar44 website located at https://bayar44.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

Bayar44 operates as a premium online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our platform offers live dealer games, slot titles, sports wagering, and related services accessible via desktop and mobile browsers.

By accessing the Bayar44 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in any promotional capacity — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — means the registered member account created by a User on the Bayar44 platform, through which the User accesses all gaming and wagering services.
• "Bayar44" / "Platform" — refers to the online gaming and sports betting website operated at https://bayar44.cam, including all subdomains, applications, and associated services.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives credited to a Member's account subject to Bonus Terms.
• "Deposit" — refers to the transfer of real funds from a Member's nominated payment method (including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) into their Bayar44 account balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — means the identity verification process required of all Members, which includes submission of government-issued identification documents (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport).
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum aggregate betting turnover required to be achieved before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn from a Member's account.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by a Member using their own resources, excluding any Bonus Funds credited by the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, from which Bayar44 does not accept registrations or bets.
• "Services" — encompasses all gaming products, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot titles, promotional campaigns, customer support interactions, and any other features offered by Bayar44.
• "MYR / RM" — refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of transaction on the Bayar44 platform.

To register and maintain an account on Bayar44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. Bayar44 strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is underage. Any winnings generated from an account found to belong to an underage person will be forfeited.

You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction prior to registering. Bayar44 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in all locations.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or compulsory, that restricts your participation in gambling activities.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of Bayar44 or any of its associated service providers where participation would create a conflict of interest.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on Bayar44. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Bayar44 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if any changes occur. Bayar44 accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from the provision of inaccurate or outdated personal information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Bayar44 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• Any action taken through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

Bayar44 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. All Members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or current passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

Bayar44 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (Tether). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency method is selected, in which case conversion is applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Bayar44 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Bayar44 bears no responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements attached to any active or claimed bonus must be fully met before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal amounts must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits as notified from time to time.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. DuitNow/FPX withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative processing times and are not guaranteed.

Bayar44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Such checks are conducted in good faith and in accordance with our security and compliance obligations.

Bayar44 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as published at the time of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, per payment method, and per device, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each bonus is specified at the time of offer (examples: 10x, 18x, 35x of the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used and returned first before Bonus Funds are applied to wagers, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bayar44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, remove bonus funds from an account, or void associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• All bonus offers are subject to a minimum deposit requirement of RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.

Bayar44 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering by multiple accounts, low-variance betting strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements while minimising genuine risk, and use of automated tools or scripts. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close the relevant accounts.

All wagers placed on the Bayar44 platform are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable to each product, as displayed within the relevant game or sports betting interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except in circumstances where Bayar44 determines, in its sole discretion, that a technical error, pricing error, or event-specific rules void the bet.
• Bayar44 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including where the offered odds or lines contain a manifest error, or where there is evidence of irregular wagering activity.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a wager and may differ by game type, Member tier, and market conditions.
• Sports betting results are determined based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., results for Liga Super Malaysia matches are based on Football Malaysia Limited official data; EPL results are based on the Premier League official result).
• In the event of a technical failure or platform outage during a live bet or game round, Bayar44 will endeavour to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bayar44 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent normal game outcomes — particularly in poker, live dealer, and sports betting markets.
• Money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any use of the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Members who discover a bug must report it immediately to customer support.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system operated by Bayar44.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in a manner that violates applicable laws in Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Bayar44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Identification that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months — in which case an inactivity fee may apply in accordance with our fee schedule.
• At the Member's own request, including where self-exclusion is applied.

Upon termination for cause, Bayar44 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following the completion of all relevant checks.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day.

All content on the Bayar44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of Bayar44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; (b) create derivative works based on platform content; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of Bayar44's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the Member's account and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bayar44 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access or use, the Bayar44 platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any specific game or service.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or account, where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Any technical failure, error, or inaccuracy in game outcomes, provided that such outcomes are consistent with the applicable RNG certification and game rules.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Bayar44's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall be limited to the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bayar44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. We provide the following tools and resources to assist Members in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure notifications to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account will be suspended and the Member will be removed from all marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: The platform displays the duration of each gaming session to help Members maintain awareness of time spent playing.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Bayar44 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the Member and Bayar44 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are required to raise their dispute with Bayar44's customer support team, providing full details of the complaint. Bayar44 will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Member may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority.

Bayar44 provides its platform and services in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from any translation of these Terms into another language, the English-language version shall prevail.

Bayar44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior individual notice to Members. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, Bayar44 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via email or a prominent in-platform notice.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Bayar44 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to request account closure.
